Self efficacy and informational literacy in academic libraries

The purpose of this thesis is the study of the influence exerted by the self-efficacy (self-efficacy) in the information literacy of students using academic libraries. Initially approached the subject literature, analyzes the major dimensions of function libraries as knowledge diffusion foci and information, investigate information systems as modernization of libraries, reflected the basic aspects of communication between the libraries and the public, as well as digital environments associated with the operation of libraries and analyzes the key features of the computer literacy. Then, the emphasis is on information literacy and self-efficacy (self-efficacy) and its importance for the development of modern academic library. Finally it is the methodology of work, followed by statistical analysis of the findings of the primary investigation. Attempted connection between self-efficacy (self-efficacy) of libraries and information literacy and analyze the needs of the students from academic libraries.
