The presentation will provide a brief update on key developments in the Europeana initiative and will go on to describe the contribution made by the Europeana Local project to demonstrating the contribution of digital content from local and regional sources and to moving forward developments on the establishment of a Europe-wide aggregations infrastructure which makes available this content. It will suggest some questions about what may be needed in Greece.
