Σκοπός του άρθρου είναι εξετάσει την κομματική στρατηγική του ΚΚΕ σε συνάφεια με την εκλογική του παρέμβαση στις αυτοδιοικητικές εκλογές. Η έμφαση θα δοθεί στις εκλογές του 2010, οπότε το κόμμα προωθεί την εκλογική τακτική της «Λαϊκής Συσπείρωσης». Θα υποστηριχθεί ότι ακόμα και η εκλογική παρέμβασή του είναι πλήρως ενταγμένη στο γενικότερο σχέδιο του ΠΑΜΕ το οποίο, μεταξύ άλλων, περάαμβάνει και τον οργανωτικό μετασχηματισμό του ΚΚΕ σε κλαδική βάση. Η σταδιακή υποχώρηση της τοπικής κομματικής οργάνωσης ως βασικής οργανωτικής μονάδας σηματοδοτεί και τη μεταβολή της αντίληψης του ΚΚΕ για την αυτοδιοίκηση. (EL)
The purpose of this article is to examine the strategy of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) in connection with its electoral tactics at the local elections. Emphasis is placed on the 2010 elections, when the party promoted the electoral tactics of “Laiki Syspeirosi” (Popular Bloc). It will be argued that the latter is fully integrated into the overall design of PAME (All Workers’ Militant Front), which, among other things, includes the organizational transformation of the Communist Party on a sectoral/professional basis. The gradual decline of local branches as the party’s basic organizational unit, marks a change in KKE’s perception of local government. (EN)
