Study on the effect of standardized compost extract on Belladonna variety tomato plants infected with root knot nematodes (case 1)
Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, μελετήθηκε η επίδραση του ενισχυτικού ανάπτυξης Bioremiq σε φυτά τομάτας ποικιλίας Belladonna, τεχνητά προσβεβλημένα με κομβονηματώδεις. Η μελέτη αφορούσε σε ένα πείραμα τεχνητών μολύνσεων με κομβονηματώδεις σε φυτά τομάτας, στα οποία στη συνέχεια εφαρμόστηκαν διαφορετικές δόσεις του υπό μελέτη σκευάσματος και εξετάσθηκε το κατά πόσο και σε τί βαθμό επηρεάστηκαν οι πληθυσμοί των νηματωδών ή και τα φυτά που έλαβαν τις μεταχειρίσεις σε σχέση με κατάλληλους μάρτυρες.
In this thesis, the effect of a so-called natural plant conditioner and soil regeneration solution (BioremiqTM - Green Arsenal) has been studied, with respect to its effect over tomato plants var. Belladonna, manually contaminated with root-knot nematodes. The experiment comprised manual contaminations of tomato seedlings with root knot nematodes with a series of Bioremiq applications and the effect of the product was examined with respect to how and to what extent the nematode populations and/or the plants were affected as compared to appropriate controls.
