Three pillared clay minerals (PILCs) prepared from two different clay minerals and two different pillaring solutions were impregnated with 600 ppm Rh. The catalytic reaction of NO with CO is tested. Hydrogen programmed desorption experiments with the PILCs and the Rh-impregnated systems are also reported. Comparison with conventional catalytic systems shows that the Rh-AZA is very active and promising for a potential application.Three pillared clay minerals (PILCs) prepared from two different clay minerals and two different pillaring solutions were impregnated with 600 ppm Rh.
