The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of different dimensions of school climate on the academic performance of students in a school in Kinshasa, DRCongo. A school climate rating scale was administered to a non-probabilistic sample of 138 students in grades 5 and 6 of the school's humanities. Academic performance was obtained from the first semester point scores of the 2019-2020 school year. The results of the study indicate a positive evaluation of school climate by the study subjects. In terms of academic performance, the subjects have average quality scores. The regression analysis revealed the non-influence of different dimensions of school climate on the academic performance of the study subjects.
