The communication tools (which my thesis is the preambles of the Laws on Education) and School Culture inherent in an institutionalization, affecting the political institutions of education, not as a primary cause of modeling, but precisely because of those give the qualitative features based on the determined whether it is political and "what kind of" political will be. A qualitative exploration of key terms - variables of the thesis is determined also by the principles - values - standards of the ideology of Hellenism, of which derive the expectations concerning the training requested of the Greeks.
Τα Επικοινωνιακά Μέσα (που για τη διατριβή μου είναι τα προοίμια των Νόμων για την Παιδεία) και ο Σχολικός Πολιτισμός που ενυπάρχουν σε μια θέσπιση, επιδρούν στον Πολιτικό Θεσμό της Παιδείας, όχι ως πρωτογενής αιτία διαμόρφωσής του αλλά επειδή ακριβώς του προσδίδουν τα ποιοτικά εκείνα χαρακτηριστικά, με βάση τα οποία καθορίζεται το εάν θα είναι πολιτικός και «τι είδους» πολιτικός θα είναι. Η ποιοτική διερεύνηση των βασικών όρων – μεταβλητών της διατριβής προσδιορίζεται, εξάλλου, από εκείνο το πλαίσιο των αρχών - αξιών - προτύπων της ιδεολογίας του Ελληνισμού, εκ του οποίου απορρέουν οι προσδοκίες στα περί εκπαιδεύσεως ζητούμενα των Ελλήνων.
