The PhD examines the phenomenon of Inter-Religious Dialogue, an ancient practice that today, its systematized form, is considered to be one of the important tools available to Cultural Diplomacy.We look at the forms in which the dialogue evolves historically and how, in the context of the public sphere proposed by Political Liberalism (John Rawls), the dialogue comes to complement this political proposal on the social balance in which the concept of Justice is safeguarded.
Το διδακτορικό εξετάζει το φαινόμενο του Διαθρησκειακού Διαλόγου, μίας αρχαίας πρακτικής που σήμερα, η συστηματοποιημένη πλέον μορφή της, θεωρείται ένα από τα σημαντικά εργαλεία που έχει στη διάθεσή της η Πολιτιστική Διπλωματία.Εξετάζουμε το κάτω από ποιες μορφές εξελίσσεται ο διάλογος ιστορικά και πώς στο πλαίσιο ρύθμισης της δημόσιας σφαίρας που προτείνει ο Πολιτικός Φιλελευθερισμός (του John Rawls), έρχεται ο διάλογος να συμπληρώσει αυτή την πολιτική πρόταση που αφορά την κοινωνική ισορροπία στην οποία διασφαλίζεται η έννοια της δικαιοσύνης.
