Αντικείμενο της παροούσας μελέτης είναι η συμμετοχή των λαϊκών στη Διοίκηση των επιμέρους Ορθόδοξων Εκκλησιών. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό παρουσιάζονται, αναλύονται και αποτιμώνται κριτικά οι σχετικές ρυθμίσεις των πρεσβυγενών Πατριαρχείων (Οικουμενικό Πατριαρχείο Κωνσταντινουπόλεως, Πατριαρχεία Αλεξανδρείας, Αντιοχείας και Ιεροσολύμων), των νεώτερων Πατριαρχείων (Πατριαρχεία Ρωσίας, Σερβίας, Ρουμανίας Βουλγαρίας και Γεωργίας), των αυτοκέφαλων Εκκλησιών (Εκκλησίες Κύπρου, Ελλάδας, Πολωνίας, Αλβανίας, Τσεχίας και Σλοβακίας και Ουκρανίας ) και των αυτόνομων Εκκλησιών (Εκκλησιες Φινλανδίας και Εσθονίας).
The subject of the present study is the participation of the laity in the Administration of the individual Orthodox Churches. In this context, the relevant regulations of the senior Patriarchates (Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, Patriarchates of Alexandria, Antioch and Jerusalem), the newer Patriarchates (Patriarchates of Russia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Georgia), the Autocephalous Churches (Churches of Cyprus, Greece, Poland, Albania, Czech Republic and Slovakia and Ukraine) and the Autonomous Churches (Churches of Finland and Estonia) are being presented, analyzed and critically evaluated.
