In the first part of this thesis there is a theoretical documentation of the concept of fuzzy estimator in the context of possibility theory, with the help of which confidence intervals are calculated and fuzzy statistics are produced. With the help of these they are developed according to the theory of possibilities in cases in which both the data and the hypotheses are classical: 1) fuzzy hypotheses that lead to a degree of rejection or acceptance of the null hypothesis, 2) fuzzy p-value, with the help of which fuzzy hypotheses are carried out.In the second part, a method of selecting the most appropriate implication from a set of inference according to a data set is proposed, using fuzzy rule-based IF-THEN systems and the compositional rule of inference (CRI) of approximate reasoning, which is based on the logical scheme of generalized modus ponens (GMP).
Στο πρώτο μέρος της διατριβής αυτής γίνεται θεωρητική τεκμηρίωση της θεμελιώδους έννοιας της ασαφούς στατιστικής, του ασαφούς εκτιμητή στα πλαίσια της θεωρίας δυνατοτήτων (possibility theory), με τη βοήθεια της οποίας υπολογίζονται διαστήματα εμπιστοσύνης και παράγονται ασαφή στατιστικά. Με τη βοήθεια αυτών αναπτύσσονται σύμφωνα με τη θεωρία δυνατοτήτων σε περιπτώσεις στις οποίες και τα δεδομένα και οι υποθέσεις είναι κλασσικά: 1) ασαφείς έλεγχοι υποθέσεων οι οποίοι οδηγούν σε έναν βαθμό απόρριψης ή αποδοχής της μηδενικής υπόθεσης, 2) ασαφείς p-value, με τη βοήθεια των οποίων γίνονται εναλλακτικά ασαφείς έλεγχοι υποθέσεων.Στο δεύτερο μέρος, προτείνεται μία μέθοδος επιλογής της καταλληλότερης συνεπαγωγής από ένα σύνολο συνεπαγωγών σύμφωνα με ένα σύνολο δεδομένων, χρησιμοποιώντας συστήματα ασαφών κανόνων IF-THEN (fuzzy rule-based system) και τον συνθετικό κανόνα συναγωγής (compositional rule of inference ή CRI της προσεγγιστικής συλλογιστικής
