During the period of the economic crisis in Greece (2010-2016) there were stormy changes that affected the working reality of all employees and therefore also of public servants. In this thesis, we research how the changes that occurred at the technological, organizational, work and personal level affected civil servants, so that they redefine their attitudes/perceptions and take actions to ensure their careers. Specifically, the aim of our research is to demonstrate whether the civil servant under the pressure of these changes moved away from the traditional career concept and adopted perceptions and actions that are consistent with a boundless and protean career perspective.
Την περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης στην Ελλάδα (2010-2016) σημειώθηκαν καταιγιστικές αλλαγές που επέδρασαν στην εργασιακή πραγματικότητα του συνόλου των εργαζόμενων και συνεπώς και των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων. Στην παρούσα διατριβή ερευνάμε πώς οι αλλαγές που σημειώθηκαν σε τεχνολογικό, οργανωσιακό, εργασιακό και προσωπικό επίπεδο επηρέασαν του δημοσίους υπαλλήλους, ώστε να αναπροσδιορίζουν τις στάσεις/αντιλήψεις τους και να αναλάβουν δράσεις για να διασφαλίσουν τη σταδιοδρομία τους. Συγκεκριμένα, στόχος της έρευνας μας είναι να καταδείξει κατά πόσον ο δημόσιος υπάλληλος κάτω από την πίεση των αλλαγών αυτών απομακρύνθηκε από την παραδοσιακή αντίληψη σταδιοδρομίας και υιοθέτησε αντιλήψεις και δράσεις που συνάδουν με μια ασύνορη και πρωτεϊκή οπτική σταδιοδρομίας.
