In prognosis of the respiratory distress syndrome of newborns is based on the one hand on the determination of the phospholipids of the amniotic fluid and the determination of the lecithin / sphingomyelin ratio and on the other hand on the spectrophotometry at 400nm and 650nm of the amniotic fluid as well as the determination of the creatinine of the amniotic fluid. From the results, a significant correlation was found between the OP values ​​of the L/S fraction and creatinine, as well as high success rates in relation to the clinical data of the newborns born after the measurements.
Η πρόγνωση του συνδρόμου αναπνευστικής δυσχέρειας των νεογνών βασίζεται αφ’ενός στον προσδιορισμό των φωσφολιπιδίων του αμνιακού υγρού και τον καθορισμό της σχέσης λεκιθίνης /σφιγγομυελίνης και αφ’ετέρου στην φασματοφωτομέτρηση στα 400nm και στα 650nm του αμνιακου καθώς και τον προσδιορισμό της κρεατινινης του αμνιακου υγρού. Από τα αποτελέσματα βρέθηκε σημαντική συσχέτιση των τιμών της Ο.Π του κλάσματος Λ/Σ και της κρεατινίνης καθώς και υψηλά ποσοστά επιτυχίας σε σχέση με τα κλινικά στοιχεία των νεογνών που γεννήθηκαν μετά τις μετρήσεις.
