This paper is aiming to connect strategic techniques with macroeconomic conditions in the area of Balkans. The second part is explaining the economic conditions that exist in the widen area, emphasizing in the economies of Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, FYROM and Bulgaria.
