Global competition and constant innovation are forcing many companies to reconsider the way they do business and redesign their business process reengineering. Such redesigns usually require the support of some information systems. As businesses increasingly depend on information systems, the development, use and management of these systems becomes essential to the success or even survival of many of them. They are distinguished into those of Transaction Processing (TPS), Decision Support (DSS) and Management (MIS), in which MIS is the most basic system of business resource management (ERP). Business Resource Management (ERP) systems are the “heart” of any business information system and the basis for its smooth operation. At the same time, they provide management tools that facilitate the development of extroversion and adaptation to changes in the business environment. Companies use these systems to coordinate their activities with those of their suppliers and customers. These tools can meet the information needs of each business. Of course, a poorly designed ERP can lead to information overloading and subsequent incomplete quality decision-making. Two of the most popular ERP systems are those of Soft One and Synetic (EN)
