Description

Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως απώτερο σκοπό την κατασκευή ενός εκπαιδευτικού μοντέλου μετάδοσης κίνησης με κάθε πιθανό τρόπο, όπως παρουσιάζετε κυρίως στο κλάδο της Μηχανολογίας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η άνωθεν κατασκευή θα γίνει με την βοήθεια ενός κέντρου κατεργασίας DMU 50 eco και μιας εργαλειομηχανής ψηφιακής καθοδήγησης Siemens 810D του εργαστηρίου Μικροκοπής και Κατασκευαστικής Προσομοίωσης (m3). Στόχος του οποίου είναι η εξοικείωση με τα παραπάνω μηχανήματα καθώς σε αυτό θα συμβάλει σημαντικά και η βοήθεια του φοιτητή μέσω διπλωματικών ή ερευνητικών εργασιών, δίνοντας το έναυσμα να ενταχθεί ευκολότερα και γρηγορότερα στην γραμμή παραγωγής. In this thesis a study and construction of a training model, which will present all possible mechanical motion transmissions, will be carried out. It will contain chain drive, gear drive and belt drive, this is achieved through the construction of gears, pulleys, pulleys, crown gears and bearings. Finally, this model is intended to be used for learning all the above mentioned motion transmissions by young students. (EN)
