Η εργασία αφορά στη Μελέτη και Σχεδίαση Συστήματος Επιθεώρησης με Ακτίνες Χ (Σ.Ε.Α.Χ) για κινητό σύστημα ανακύκλωσης Ηλεκτρικών, Ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών και Φωτοβολταϊκών πάνελ. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ανάλογα με τη γραμμή ανακύκλωσης μπορούν να επιλεγούν δύο δια-φορετικοί σαρωτές. Ο πρώτος σαρώνει θρύμματα από Ηλεκτρικές & Ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές ή πάνελ και ανάλογα από τα στοιχεία που είναι κατασκευασμένα πχ Ίνδιο ,Γάλλιο, Κάδμιο, τα δια-χωρίζει σε 3 κατηγορίες: α) Επικίνδυνα Ανακυκλώσιμα β) Μη επικίνδυνα Ανακυκλώσιμα γ) Μη Ανακυκλώσιμα Ο δεύτερος σαρωτής σαρώνει ολόκληρα πάνελ πριν την διαδικασία της θρυμματοποίησης και ακολουθεί η τοποθέτηση σε ειδικό πάγκο εργασίας όπου υπολογίζονται οι ποσότητες των στοι-χείων που προαναφέρθηκαν με σκοπό την κατηγοριοποίησή τους. This thesis is concerned with the 3D design of mobile X Ray Inspection Systems for Electronic equipment and Photovoltaic Solar Panels recycling. Depending on the recycling process two differ-ent Inspection Systems can be selected. The first scans small pieces of electronic devices and PV after being crushed by a hammer mill and according to the constructive components, some of them are Indium, Gallium and Cadmium, it separates the pieces into three categories: a)Dangerous Recyclable b)Not Dangerous Recyclable c)Not Recyclable. The second Inspection System scans the entire panel before being crashed into small pieces, calcu-lating the amounts of the above elements in order to categorize them. (EN)
