Η εργασία αυτή αναφέρεται στο σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και την αποτίμηση ενός
προγράμματος εξ αποστάσεως επιμόρφωσης των Στελεχών Εκπαίδευσης με
θέμα: “Νομοθεσία για τη λειτουργία των υπηρεσιακών συμβουλίων πρωτοβάθμιας
και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης”. Η ερευνητική εργασία αναπτύχθηκε στο πλαίσιο
του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ειδίκευσης: Επιστήμες της Αγωγής - Εξ Αποστάσεως
Εκπαίδευση με τη χρήση των ΤΠΕ (e-Learning) του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης. Στην αρχή
παρουσιάζεται το Θεωρητικό πλαίσιο της εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων στο
οποίο βασίζεται γενικά η επιμόρφωση εκπαιδευτικών και συγκεκριμένα των Στελεχών
Εκπαίδευσης. Παρουσιάζονται οι αρχές και το παιδαγωγικό πλαίσιο σχεδιασμού και
ανάπτυξης του εκπαιδευτικού υλικού στο διαδικτυακό περιβάλλον ασύγχρονης
εκπαίδευσης. Το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό φιλοξενήθηκε στην πλατφόρμα Chamilo και
δημιουργήθηκε με τη χρήση του εργαλείου h5p. Επίσης, περιγράφεται η δομή και το
τεχνολογικό πλαίσιο του διαδικτυακού περιβάλλοντος και του συγκεκριμένου
μαθήματος. Η παρούσα έρευνα έγινε από τις αρχές Ιουνίου έως τα μέσα Ιουλίου του
2021 και είχε ως αντικείμενο τη διερεύνηση των απόψεων 14 Στελεχών Εκπαίδευσης για
το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό στο σύνολο του, την αποτελεσματικότητα του, αλλά και την
επαφή τους με ένα εξ αποστάσεως επιμορφωτικό πρόγραμμα. Στη συνέχεια περιγράφεται
η μεθοδολογία της έρευνας και παρουσιάζεται η διαδικασία ανάλυσης των δεδομένων.
Ενθαρρυντικά είναι τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, αφού οι συμμετέχοντες στο σύνολό
τους φαίνεται να είναι ικανοποιημένοι από την μορφή, την αισθητική και την
αποτελεσματικότητα του εξ αποστάσεως προγράμματος το οποίο αναφέρεται σε θέματα
εκπαιδευτικής νομοθεσίας.

The present dissertation refers to the designing, implementation and evaluation of a
distance learning program for the school unit staff members, with the following subject:
“The legislation for the operation of the primary and secondary education service
councils”. The research was conducted on the grounds of the postgraduate program, with
the title “Educational Sciences - Distance Learning using the ICT (e-Learning)” of the
University of Crete. At the beginning, the theoretical framework of distance learning for
adults is presented, which is the base for the training of teachers in general, and for the
Executives of Education in particular. In addition, the principles and the pedagogical
framework of the design and development of the educational material in an online
distance learning environment are presented. The educational material was integrated in
the online environment of Chamilo and was created using the h5p tool. Moreover, the
structure and technological framework of both the online learning environment and the
particular course, are described. The present survey was conducted between the
beginning of June and the middle of July of 2021 and its main subject was the
investigation of the views of 14 Executives of Education, concerning the educational
material as a whole, its effectiveness and their interaction with a distance training
program. Next, the research methodology is described and the data analysis process is
presented. The results of the research are encouraging, as the participants as a whole
seem to be satisfied with the form, the aesthetics and the effectiveness of the distance
learning program, which covers issues of the educational legislation.
