This paper aims to provide a roadmap on the major ethical dilemmas behind the application of AI, hopefully initiating a fruitful discussion on this crucial matter that is at the forefront of scientific and global attention. To achieve this the main ethical dilemmas are identified by the most recent literature review, and then are briefly analysed to provide a holistic approach on the ethical issues that arise by the use of AI systems. Furthermore, the authors provide some best practices for dealing with the existing and future challenges of AI. (EN)
