The author publishes nine unedited documents from the Fighters Archives of the National Athens Library, presenting information about the life of two fighters of the 1821 Greek Revolution.1) Ioannis Manakopoulos, Olympios, born in Litohoro in 3.1.1810. During the revolt of Naoussa (1822) his father was killed and himself was taken prisoner by an Agha from Thessaloniki. After his release in 1828, he went to southern Greece where he joined the army and fought under the commands of the philhellene French commander Saunier (1828-32). Fie then served in the police force of Cyclades from 1837 to 1839.2) Michail Demetrakopoulos, Olympios, after the failure of the Naoussa revolt, went also to the South and joined the forces of many chieftains.
