Επειδή με βάση το άρθρο 49 της τέταρτης συνθήκης της Γενεύης, το οποίο αναφέρει ότι (η δύναμη κατοχής δεν δικαιούται να απελαύνει ή να μεταφέρει τμήματα του δικού της πληθυσμού στα κατεχόμενα εδάφη) περιγράφω τις παραβάσεις της εκάστοτε ισραηλινής κυβέρνησης, δημιουργώντας εκατοντάδες επικοισμούς στα κατεχόμενα εδάφη της Παλαιστίνης, με χαρές που απεικονίζουν τους εποικισμούς αυτούς. The abundance of data by many international institutes and organizations on jewish settlments and their cartographic depiction helped me in my research , use and selection of the maps that i have used in my dissertation , so that the reader can be facilitated to understand the huge difficulties in the creation of a viable , geographically united and independent state of palestine.
