A digital computer simulation method for the study of the steady state behaviour of a full wave, full controlled 3-phase bridge is presented. In the proposed solution no idealizations for the power supply are made. The solution is based on Kron's method of analysis and tensor theory is used. It must be pointed out that only continuous conduction in both modes of operation - rectifier and inverter - is considered. The main phenomena appearing during both modes of operation are examined and relevant results are obtained, approaching in a satisfactory way the problem. The validity of the method is proved also in the case of the study of such a system. (EN)
