Η εργασία αυτή πραγματεύεται την θερμική συμπεριφορά ενός κτιρίου κατασκευασμένου από πάνελ πολυουρεθάνης το οποίο θα προορίζεται για επαγγελματική χρήση. Σκοπός της είναι:  η περαιτέρω εξοικείωση με ενεργειακά θέματα που αφορούν την Ψύξη και Θέρμανση κτιριακών συγκροτημάτων και πως αυτά αντιμετωπίζονται στην πράξη.  η εφαρμογή του Λογισμικού προγράμματος TRNSYS (Type 56 και TRNBuild) για τον υπολογισμό των θερμικών απωλειών.  η λήψη της απόφασης για την κατασκευή ενός κτιρίου και με βάσει το κόστος λειτουργίας του. Η εργασία αυτή εκπονήθηκε για την απόκτηση διπλώματος Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού. Εκπονήθηκε στον Τομέα Θερμότητας της Σχολής Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου. Έγινε υπό την επίβλεψη του καθηγητή κ. Τζιβανίδη Χρήστου, τον οποίο θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω για τη βοήθεια, τις οδηγίες και την ευκαιρία να ασχοληθώ με ένα θέμα που μου προκαλεί σημαντικό ενδιαφέρον. This Diploma Thesis deals with the thermic behaviour of building manufactured from polyurethane panels, which will be intended for professional use. The aim of this Thesis is:  The further familiarization with energy subjects that concern the Air Conditioning and Heating of complex building and how these are faced in practice.  The implementation of TRNSYS program (Type 56 and TRNBuild) for the calculation of thermic losses.  The decision-making for the manufacture of building based on the operation cost. The current Thesis was elaborated for the acquisition of diploma of Mechanical engineer and worked out in the Sector of Heat of Faculty of Mechanical engineers in National Technical University of Athens. It was developed under the supervision of Professor Mr. Tzibanidis Christos, who I would like to thank for the valuable provided help, the directives and the given opportunity to deal with a subject that causes me important interest.
