Στόχος της παρούσας Διπλωματικής Εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της βέλτιστης επιλογής για την υπαίθρια ή την υπόγεια εκμετάλλευση κοιτασμάτων. Δίνεται έμφαση στο Στρατηγικό Σχεδιασμό για την δυνατότητα υπόγειων εκμεταλλεύσεων της εταιρείας ΛΑΡΚΟ Γ.Μ.Μ.Α.Ε. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, διερευνάται συγκριτικά, κυρίως με βάση οικονομικά κριτήρια, η υπάιθρια μέθοδος εκμετάλλευσης σε σχέση με την δυνατότητα και αναγκαίοτητα μετάβασης σε υπόγεια εκμετάλλευση για το κοίτασμα ΒΑ Άκρες της εταιρείας στην Εύβοια. Πραγματοποιείται μία προκαταρκτική οικονομική εκτίμηση και εξάγονται γενικά συμπεράσματα με βάση το εξεταζόμενο οικονομικό μοντέλο. (EL)
The aim of the present Diploma Thesis is the investigation of the optimal decision between the open-pit and the underground exploitation of a mineral deposit. Emphasis is being given in the Strategic Planning for the ability of underground exploitations of the company LARCO G.m.m.A.E. more specifically, it is being looked into, mostly based on economic criteria, the open-pit com pared with the ability and the necessity of the transition to underground mining method for the mineral deposit NE Akres of the company in Euboea. A preliminary financial assessment is carried out in order to extract general conclusions based on the under examination financial model. (EN)
Le but de cette diplôme Thèse est l'étude de la décision optim ale entre la carrière à ciel ouvert et l'exploitation souterraine d'un gisement. Nous mettrons l'accent sur la planification stratégique de la capacité des exploitations souterraines de l'entreprise LARCO G.m.m.A.E. Plus particulièrement, nous étudierons les méthodes miniers concernant le gisement de NE Akres à Euboea possédé par ladite entreprise. Principalement basé sur des critères écono miques, nous étudirons le cas de la carrière à ciel ouverte com paré à la capacité et la nécessité de la transition vers des méthodes d'extraction souterrains. Basé sur le modèle financier sous estimé, une évaluation financière préliminaire est réalisée pour en tirer des conclusions générales. (FR)
