Η εργασία εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξης ενός φορητού συστήματος από το ΕΝΜ, για τη διεξαγωγή συνδυασμένων μετρήσεων επί της μηχανολογικής εγκατάστασης πλοίων. Κύριος στόχος ήταν ο σχεδιασμός ενός συστήματος μέτρησης πίεσης κυλίνδρων και η ενσωμάτωσή του στο προυπάρχον σύστημα μέτρησης ρύπων και ισχύος. Το προυπάρχον σύστημα, επίσης, αναβαθμίστηκε με τη βελτιστοποίηση του συστήματος μέτρησης ισχύος και την προσθήκη δύο νέων μονάδων μέτρησης υγρασίας και ταχύτητας στα καυσαέρια. Τέλος, σχεδιάστηκε ένα λογισμικό σε πλατφόρμα LabVIEW για την ταυτόχρονη συλλογή, επεξεργασία, προβολή και αποθήκευση όλων των μετρήσεων. Το νέο συνολικό σύστημα χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τη διεξαγωγή συνδυασμένων μετρήσεων στην κλίνη δοκιμϊν του ΕΝΜ. Τέλος, πραγματοποιήθηκε επίσκεψη σε Ε/Γ-Ο/Γ πλοίο όπου διεξήχθησαν μετρήσεις πίεσης κυλίνδρων και ισχύος στον άξονα κατά τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού του. (EL)

The diploma thesis is part of an LME project for the development of a mobile combined measurements unit for marine engines. The basic subject was the development of an in-cylinder pressure measurement system and its intergration to the LME measurement unit of engine emissions and power. The LME unit was also upgraded through the optimization of the power measurement system and the development of two additional units for the measurement of exhaust gas humidity and velocity. A new software for the simultaneous aquisition, processing, preview and storage of all the measurements was also designed using the LabVIEW platform. The new LME measurement unit was used for combined measurements on the LME test bed. In conclusion, the incylinder pressure and power measurement units were used onboard a passenger ship during its regular journey. (EN)
