Έχοντας κατανοήσει την σπουδαιότητα, αλλά και την χρηστικότητα της ηλιακής ακτινοβολίας προς παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται μια προσπάθεια με την χρήση των γεωπληροφοριακών συστημάτων, αλλά και του λογισμικού Arc GIS να δώσουμε χαρτογραφικές απεικονίσεις των θέσεων χωροθέτησης φωτοβολταϊκών πάρων στη χωρική ενότητα που οριοθετείται εντός των συνόρων του Νομού Άρτας, με σκοπό τη βέλτιστη απόδοση. Έχοντας κάνει αναφορά στις μορφές των Α.Π.Ε καθώς και το πώς ορίζονται και που χρησιμεύουν τα γεωπληροφοριακά συστήματα, γίνεται διαχείριση και ανάλυση των δεδομένων μας με συγκεκριμένες μεθόδους. Έτσι επιτυγχάνεται στο να γίνει ορατό με τις μεθόδους που ακολουθήθηκαν σε δύο τελικές χαρτογραφικές απεικονίσεις οι θέσεις χωροθέτησης οι οποίες προκύπτουν από φυσικούς, τεχνικούς και νομικούς περιορισμούς που εισήχθησαν, ώστε να γίνει η εξαγωγή των σωστών συμπερασμάτων και αποτελεσμάτων! Appreciating the importance but also the usefulness of the solar radiation, producing electric energy, in this document it is given an effort with the help of geographic information systems and using ArcGIS software to present map depictions placing the photovoltaic modules inside spatial borders of Arta. The purpose is the max electricity. It is given a report according to the categories of the renewable energy sources and also about the geographic information systems, in what way define them, their use, e.c.t . Next follows the management and the analysis of the given facts and data and that is succeeded by specific methods not far from law and technical rules. At the end it is managed to be visible by the methods are used, in two map depictions the best and the most valuable positions, placing the photovoltaic modules. All the law, the technical and the physical which i imported are certainly observed! (EN)
