Η παρούσα εργασία διερεύνησε την αποτελεσματικότητα της συμπληρωματικής εξΑΕ με τη χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων σε πρόγραμμα Μαθητείας στο 1ο ΕΠΑΛ Σερρών. Γι’ αυτόν τον σκοπό αναπτύχθηκε ψηφιακό Εκπαιδευτικό Υλικό (ΕΥ) μέσω της πλατφόρμας Moodle σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της εξΑΕ. Διεξήχθη ποιοτική έρευνα και για τη συλλογή των δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκαν 13 ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας ανέδειξαν ότι οι συμμετέχοντες θεωρούν ότι είναι χρήσιμο να μελετούν το ψηφιακό ΕΥ, καθώς συμπληρώνει την ύλη του δια ζώσης μαθήματος του οποίου οι ώρες υποστηρίζουν ότι είναι ελάχιστες. Επίσης θεωρούν ότι το ψηφιακό ΕΥ τους παρέχει τη δυνατότητα να καλύψουν κενά κατανόησης και όσα δεν ειπώθηκαν στη σχολική τάξη, να μελετήσουν περισσότερο και να εμβαθύνουν στην ύλη του μαθήματος, να επιλύσουν τις απορίες τους, να αναπληρώσουν μαθήματα που δεν παρακολούθησαν λόγω απουσιών, και να επικοινωνήσουν οποιαδήποτε στιγμή με τον εκπαιδευτικό τους. Σημαντική θεωρούν την εύκολη και ευχάριστη μελέτη του διαδικτυακού μαθήματος με το κινητό τους, τη δυνατότητα να ελέγχουν την πρόοδό τους με τη βαθμολογία και τα σχόλια ανατροφοδότησης που λάμβαναν στις ασκήσεις και στις δραστηριότητες, καθώς και την επικοινωνία και αλληλεπίδραση με τον καθηγητή τους. Γι’ αυτό και πιστεύουν ότι πρέπει να επεκταθεί το συμπληρωματικό διαδικτυακό εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα σε όλα τα θεωρητικά μαθήματα της Μαθητείας. (EL)
The present study investigated the effectiveness of supplementary e-learning using digital tools in an Apprenticeship programme at the 1st EPAL of Serres. For this purpose, digital Educational Material (EM) was developed through the Moodle platform according to the principles of distance learning. A qualitative research was conducted and 13 semi-structured interviews were used for data collection. The results of the survey indicated that the participants find it useful to study the digital EM, as it complements the material of the face-to-face course whose hours they claim are minimal. They also consider that the digital EM enables them to cover gaps in understanding and issues that were not covered in the classroom, to study more and go deeper into the course material, to resolve their questions, to make up for lessons they did not attend due to absences, and to communicate at any time with their teacher. They considered important the ease of use and enjoyment of studying on their mobile phones, the ability to check their progress and feedback they received on the exercises and activities, and the communication and interaction with their teacher. They therefore believe that the complementary online training programme should be extended to all theoretical courses in the Apprenticeship. (EN)
