Οι κύριοι στόχοι της παρούσας διατριβής ήταν να αναπτύχθούν ευαίσθητες και εκλεκτικές αναλυτικές μέθοδοι για τον προσδιορισμό των βενζοτριαζολών, βενζοθειαζολών, διγλυκιδιλαιθέρων της δισφαινόλης Α, π-υδροξυ-βενζοϊκων οξέων, βενζοφαινονών, τρικλοζάνης και 3,4,4'- τριχλωροκαρβανιλιδίου σε ανθρώπινα ούρα με LC-MS/MS, καθώς και ο προσδιορισμός των συγκεντρώσεων αυτών των ενώσεων σε άτομα από διάφορες χώρες, συσχέτιση αυτών των χημικών ενώσεων, και εκτίμηση για την έκθεση του ανθρώπου σε αυτές. The main objectives of this thesis were to develop sensitive and selective analytical methods for the determination of benzotriazoles, benzothiazoles, bisphenol A diglycidyl ethers, p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters (parabens), benzophenonetype UV filters, triclosan, and triclocarban in human biological media (urine) by LCMS/MS, as well as to determine concentrations in individuals from different countries, establish correlations among the target chemicals, and estimate the potential human exposure doses.
