Οι τριγωνομετρικοί αριθμοί και οι τριγωνομετρικές συναρτήσεις αποτελούν ένα σημαντικό κεφάλαιο της δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης λόγω των πολλών εφαρμογών τους τόσο στα μαθηματικά όσο και στη φυσική. Καθώς η κατανόηση της έννοιας των τριγωνομετρικών συναρτήσεων από τους μαθητές αποδείχθηκε δύσκολη, η έρευνα στράφηκε στον βαθμό κατανόησης των βασικών εννοιών που προαπαιτούνται, όπως το ακτίνιο, η τριγωνομετρία ορθογωνίου τριγώνου, ο τριγωνομετρικός κύκλος και η έννοια της συνάρτησης, αλλά και στη διασύνδεση των εννοιών αυτών. Στην παρούσα έρευνα σχεδιάστηκε ένα υπολογιστικό εργαλείο με στόχο να λειτουργήσει ως γνωστικό εργαλείο εφαρμογής, εμπέδωσης, αναπλαισίωσης και επέκτασης της υπάρχουσας γνώσης. Μέσω της εφαρμογής του εργαλείου αναδείχθηκαν οι δυσκολίες που παρουσιάζονται στην κατανόηση των εννοιών αυτών, καθώς και οι πιθανοί παράγοντες στους οποίους οφείλονται αυτές. (EL)
Trigonometric numbers and trigonometric functions consist a very important topic in secondary education because of their various applications both in mathematics and physics. As the understanding of the concept of trigonometric functions seems to be arduous, the educational research has focused on the investigation of the degree of understanding of other concepts that are prerequisite, such as the radian, the trigonometry of the right triangle, the trigonometric circle and the concept of function as well as the connections between them. In the present research, a digital tool has been developed in order to be used as a cognitive tool that would help students experiment, reframe and broaden the knowledge they had acquired in school lessons. Through the tool’s use the difficulties related to the understanding of the aforementioned concepts as well as possible interrelated issues have come in the foreground. (EN)
