Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη σχετική βιβλιογραφία,στη παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία θα μελετήσουμε την επίδραση στη σύγκριση κλασμάτων δύο μεταβλητών: α)την απόσταση μεταξύ των κλασματικών μεγεθών, β)την συμφωνία τους με τους φυσικούς αριθμούς. Σκοπός του πειράματος ήταν ο έλεγχος της υπόθεσης ότι η διάταξη των ακεραίων επηρεάζει τη σύγκριση κλασμάτων ακόμη και σε φοιτητές του Μαθηματικού, ιδιαίτερα όταν η απόσταση ανάμεσα στα κλάσματα είναι πολύ μικρή. Στα αποτελέσματά μας βρέθηκε ότι μόνο οι φοιτητές είχαν πρόσβαση στην κλασματική αξία.Όμως όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες φαίνεται να επηρεάζονται από τα ακέραια μέρη των κλασμάτων χρησιμοποιώντας διαφορετικές στρατηγικές. Considering the relevant literature, the present research will study the effects of two variables on the comparison of fractions: a) the distance between fraction magnitudes, b) their agreement with the natural numbers. The purpose of the experiment was to check the hypothesis that the whole number ordering affects the comparison even on the undergraduates in Mathematics, especially when the distance between fractions is very small. In our results found that only the undergraduates had access to the fractional value. However, all the participants appear to be affected by the integer parts of the fractions using different strategies. (EN)
