Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο «Μη λεκτική συμπεριφορά και φύλο εκπαιδευτικού-μαθητή», απώτερος σκοπός είναι η ανάδειξη και η περιγραφή της μη λεκτικής συμπεριφοράς και της οπτικής του φύλου του εκπαιδευτικού και, αντίστοιχα του μαθητή στη μεταξύ τους επικοινωνιακή σχέση μέσα στη σχολική τάξη. Η επίδραση τόσο της μη λεκτικής συμπεριφοράς όσο και της οπτικής του φύλου με βάση την ανάλυση περιεχομένου της βιβλιογραφίας είναι εμφανής στην αλληλεπίδραση εκπαιδευτικού και μαθητή κατά τη μαθησιακή διαδικασία. Αναμφισβήτητα, η συνειδητοποίηση των εν λόγω εκπαιδευτικών παραγόντων στην αίθουσα διδασκαλίας από τον ίδιο τον εκπαιδευτικό μπορεί να συμβάλει στη διαμόρφωση κατάλληλου παιδαγωγικού κλίματος, που θα ενισχύσει την αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ εκπαιδευτικού και μαθητή και θα διεγείρει την ενεργή εμπλοκή των μαθητών κατά τη διάρκεια της διδασκαλίας. In the present dissertation entitled "Non-verbal behavior and gender of teacher-student", the ultimate goal is to highlight and describe the non-verbal behavior and perspective of the gender of the teacher and, respectively, the student in the communication relationship between them in the classroom. The effect of both non-verbal behavior and gender perspective based on the content analysis of the literature is evident in the teacher-student interaction during the learning process. Undoubtedly, the awareness of these teaching agents in the classroom by the teacher himself can contribute to the formation of an appropriate pedagogical climate, which will enhance the interaction between teacher and student and stimulate the active involvement of students during teaching.
