Η εργασία αυτή είναι μία αναλυτική μελέτη των θεσμών του πλασματικού και του κυμαινόμενου ενεχύρου (κυμαινόμενης ασφάλειας) που ρυθμίζονται στο νόμο 2844/2000, ενώ περιλαμβάνει και μία συγκριτική επισκόπηση της κυμαινόμενης ασφάλειας του ελληνικού δικαίου με την κυμαινόμενη ασφάλεια του αγγλικού δικαίου (floating charge). This thesis includes a comprehensive analysis of the non-possesory pledge and the floating charge of the law 2844/2000, as well as a thorough comparison between the floating charge of the greek law and the floating charge of the english law. (EN)
