Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, αναλύονται οι προϋποθέσεις, οι λόγοι και οι έννομες συνέπειες της αποκλήρωσης του κατιόντος, οι έννομες συνέπειες σε περίπτωση μη συνδρομής των προϋποθέσεων αποκλήρωσής του και η έννομη προστασία αυτού, είτε στην περίπτωση της κατ’ άρθρον ΑΚ 1840 αποκλήρωσης είτε σε εκείνην της κατ’ άρθρον ΑΚ 1845 επί προνοία αποκλήρωσης. In the present dissertation are analyzed the requirements, the causes and the legal consequences of the disinheritance of descendant, the legal consequences in case the requirements of the disinheritance are not met and the legal protection of descendant in accordance with the greek civil law. (EN)
