Angiomyo(myelo)lipoma of the liver is a very uncommon lipomatous neoplasm, usually asymptomatic and incidentally identified. We describe the findings with all available imaging modalities (US, CT, MRI, angio) of a surgically confirmed case, in an asymptomatic woman. We present a quite extensive review of the literature and correlation with our imaging and histological findings. © 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved. (EN)
