Αρχικά,στην παρούσα Διπλωματική γίνεται αρχικά μία εισαγωγή σε βασικά στοιχεία και έννοιες των ουρών αναμονής και της θεωρίας παιγνίων.Έπειτα,ακολουθεί μία μελέτη των δικτύων Jackson.Τέλος η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην ανάλυση τρίων συγκεκριμένων μοντέλων συστημάτων ουρών αναμονής με στρατηγικούς πελάτες.Ακόμα σημειώνεται ότι δίνεται έμφαση στην εύρεση σημείων στρατηγικής ισορροπίας καθώς και σε στρατηγικές οι οποίες είναι κοινωνικά βέλτιστες. Initially, this thesis introduces the basics and concepts of queuing and game theory, followed by a study of Jackson networks.Finally, the thesis focuses on the analysis of three specific models of queuing systems with strategic customers.It is also noted that emphasis is placed on finding strategic equilibrium points and on strategies that are socially optimal (EN)
