Αντικείμενο της παρούσης εργασίας είναι η αστική ευθύνη του Δημοσίου από υλικές ενέργειες. Παρουσιάζονται οι προϋποθέσεις γένεσης αστικής ευθύνης, η διάκριση από της υλικής ενέργειας από την διοικητική πράξη και μια ενδεικτική κατηγοριοποίηση των υλικών ενεργειών. Ακολουθούν σύγχρονα νομολογιακά παραδείγματα και ο σχολιασμός αυτών. (EL)
The main theme of this thesis is civil liability of public authorities for material actions. The prerequisites of civil liability, the difference between material action and administrative act and an indicative categorization of material actions are presented, followed by remarks upon examples of current case law. (EN)
