Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η εξέταση του ζητήματος της τροποποίησης των δημοσίων συμβάσεων κατά τη διάρκεια τους, λόγω μεταβολής των συνθηκών και ιδίως λόγω συνδρομής απρόβλεπτων περιστάσεων. (EL)
The subject-matter of this dissertation is the amendment of public contracts, during their duration, that is due to a change in circumstance and especially as regards the occurence of unpredictable circumstances. (EN)
