Η παρούσα μελέτη αποτελεί μια θεωρητική και πρακτική προσέγγιση του θέματος της εξουσίας αλλά και της ψυχικής τρωτότητας του ατόμου μπροστά σε αυτήν. Με αφορμή ένα θεατρικό κείμενο της νεοελληνικής δραματουργίας και συγκεκριμένα Το Τρομπόνι του Μάριου Ποντίκα επιχειρείται να σκιαγραφηθεί η σχέση μεταξύ εξουσίας και ατόμου υπό το πρίσμα μιας κοινωνιολογικής και ψυχαναλυτικής θεώρησης με το θέατρο να γίνεται εργαλείο ιστορικής και εμπειρικής μεταφοράς και ανάδειξης της φωνής, τόσο του συγγραφέα όσο και κάθε σύγχρονου ανθρώπου που έρχεται αντιμέτωπος με τις σκληρές και ενίοτε απάνθρωπες όψεις της εξουσίας. Παράλληλα έχοντας ως βάση και πηγή το έργο του Ποντίκα, το θέμα της εξουσίας και της επιρροής της στην ψυχική υγεία του ατόμου επεκτείνεται στην εφηβική ηλικία και στις εξουσιαστικές σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται κατά κόρον ανάμεσα στον έφηβο και την οικογένεια, το σχολείο ή την κοινωνική του ζωή με τους συνομηλίκους του. Μέσω διδακτικών παρεμβάσεων στην δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση και προτάσεις θεατροπαιδαγωγικών προγραμμάτων στον άξονα του θέματος εξουσία και εφηβεία, τα αποτελέσματα ενός τέτοιου εσωτερικού «διαλόγου» αποκωδικοποιούνται και φωτίζουν σχέσεις και καταστάσεις καταδεικνύοντας το γεγονός ότι η σχέση του ατόμου με την εξουσία αποτελεί μια έννοια πολύπλοκη και πολυμορφική με πολλαπλές επιπτώσεις στην ζωή και την ψυχολογία του εφήβου και του ατόμου εν γένει. The present study is a theoretical and practical approach to the issue of power and the psychological vulnerability of the individual in front of it. On the basis of a theatrical text of modern Greek dramaturgy, called "The Trombone" by Marios Pontikas, an attempt is made to outline the relationship between power and the individual in the perspective of a sociological and psychoanalytical approach, with the theatre becoming a tool for historical and empirical transfer and emergence of the voice of both the author and every contemporary human being who is confronted with the cruel and sometimes inhuman aspects of power. At the same time, having as its basis and source the work of Pontiκas, the theme of power and its influence on the mental health of the individual is extended to adolescence and the power relations that develop to a great extent between the adolescent and the family, the school or his social life with his peers. Through educational interventions in secondary education and proposals for theatre and pedagogical programmes on the theme of power and adolescence, the results of such an internal "dialogue" are decoded and shed light on relationships and situations, demonstrating the fact that the individual's relationship with power has been a complex and multifaceted concept with multiple implications for the life and psychology of the adolescent and the individual in general.
