Αντικείμενο της παρούσης εργασίας είναι η ανισότητα του Pitt. Η αρχική εκδοχή της ανισότητας του Pitt αφορά σειρές Fourier, ενώ πιο πρόσφατα έχει μελετηθεί εκτενώς μία διαφορετική της εκδοχή η οποία αφορά τον μετασχηματισμό Fourier καθώς και παραλλαγές αυτής. Στην παρούσα εργασία θα μελετηθούν εργασίες του W. Beckner όπου αποδεικνύονται ανισότητες Pitt για γενικά δυναμικά τύπου Stein-Weiss με βέλτιστες σταθερές. Ένα πόρισμα της ανισότητας είναι η ανισότητα Rellich στον R^n με βέλτιστη σταθερά. (EL)
The subject of this work is Pitt's inequality. The original version of Pitt's inequality concerns Fourier series, while a more recent version, which has been extensively studied, involves the Fourier transform and its variations. In this work, we will examine studies by W. Beckner, in which Pitt-type inequalities are established for general Stein-Weiss potentials with sharp constants. A consequence of this inequality is the Rellich inequality in R^n with the optimal constant. (EN)
