Στόχος της παρούσας διδακτορικής διατριβής είναι να καταδειχθεί η θέση του δικαιώματος στο πολιτιστικό περιβάλλον εν μέσω της σύγχρονης οικονομικής κρίσης. Βασική μεθοδολογική αρχή ήταν να επικεντρωθεί η έρευνα στα στοιχεία της ακίνητης πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς. Τα συμπεράσματα της διατριβής είναι ότι ακόμα και εν μέσω της κρίσης και οι τρεις εξουσίες (νομοθετική, εκτελεστική, δικαστική) σέβονται το δικαίωμα στο πολιτιστικό περιβάλλον και ότι το πολιτιστικό περιβάλλον έχει την ικανότητα να παράξει πλούτο.
The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the position of the right of cultural heritage amid the modern economic crisis. Basic methodological principle was to focus the research on the elements of immovable cultural heritage. The conclusions of the thesis is that even amid the crisis the legislative power as long as the administration and the courts respect the right of cultural heritage and that the cultural heritage has the ability to produce wealth.
