The study concerns the legal nature of collective legal protection remedies as well as the legal consequences of the decisions issued on them. The type of binding action (particular binding, res judicata) is analyzed in particular, as well as the enforceability of the decisions in question, in terms of objective and subjective limits, with a critical consideration of all the opinions that have been expressed on the relevant issues.
Η μελέτη αφορά τη νομική φύση των ενδίκων βοηθημάτων συλλογικής δικαστικής προστασίας καθώς και τις έννομες συνέπειες των αποφάσεων που εκδίδονται επ' αυτών. Αναλύεται ειδικότερα το είδος της δεσμευτικής ενέργειας (ιδιότυπη δεσμευτικότητα, δεδικασμένο) καθώς και η εκτελεστότητα των εν λόγω αποφάσεων, από πλευράς αντικειμενικών και υποκειμενικών ορίων, με κριτική θεώρηση όλων των απόψεων που έχουν διατυπωθεί στα οικεία ζητήματα.
