The shaping of EU competition law in the SGEI by the non-legislative actors, namely the European Commission (as administration), the CJEU and the academics/experts, through the analysis of their tools and functions.
Η διαμόρφωση του ενωσιακού δικαίου ανταγωνισμού στις Υπηρεσίες Γενικού Οικονομικού Συμφέροντος (ΥΓΟΣ) από τους εξωνομοθετικούς φορείς, ήτοι την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή (υπό τη διοικητική της έκφανση), το Δικαστήριο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΔΕΕ) και τη Θεωρία, μέσα από την ανάλυση των εργαλείων που διαθέτουν και των λειτουργιών που επιτελούν.
