Η παρούσα μελέτη εμβαθύνει στην κρίσιμη σχέση μεταξύ της πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας των επιχειρήσεων και της παροχής κρατικών εγγυήσεων, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της οικονομικής δραστηριότητας και της ανάπτυξης. Η έρευνα διεξάγει μια εκτενή ανασκόπηση της υπάρχουσας σύγχρονης βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με τις κρατικές πιστωτικές εγγυήσεις, αναδεικνύοντας τα πλεονεκτήματα και τις προκλήσεις που ενέχει η εφαρμογή τους. Εστιάζοντας στις ανάγκες των οριακά βιώσιμων επιχειρήσεων, η διατριβή προτείνει δύο καινοτόμες προσεγγίσεις για τη βελτίωση των συστημάτων αξιολόγησης πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας.
This study delves into the critical relationship between corporate creditworthiness and the provision of government guarantees, with the aim of enhancing economic activity and growth. The research conducts an extensive review of the existing contemporary literature on government credit guarantees, highlighting the advantages and challenges of their implementation. Focusing on the needs of marginally viable companies, the thesis proposes two innovative approaches to improving creditworthiness assessment systems.
