Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί η συγκριτική μελέτη και η παρουσίαση της νομοθεσίας της Εκκλησίας της Ελλάδος και της ημιαυτόνομης Εκκλησίας της Κρήτης, η οποία ρυθμίζει την οργάνωση και την διοίκηση των ενοριών. Γίνεται, δηλαδή, συγκριτική ανάπτυξη της νομοθεσίας που ισχύει σε δύο εκκλησιαστικά καθεστώτα εντός της Ελληνικής Επικράτειας και αφορά στη βάση της περιφερειακής οργάνωσης των δύο αυτών καθεστώτων, ήτοι της ενορίας. Subject of this work is the comparative study and presentation of the legislation of the Church of Greece and the semi-autonomous Church of Crete, which regulates the organization and administration of the parishes. There is, therefore, a comparative exposition of the legislation which is applied to two ecclesiastical regimes within the Greek Territory and concerns the basis of the regional organization of these two regimes, the parish.
