Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρείται μία συγκριτική επισκόπηση των διαφορών και των ομοιοτήτων μεταξύ παραγραφής και αποσβεστικής προθεσμίας, καθώς και μια προσέγγιση των εριζόμενων ζητημάτων αναφορικά με την εφαρμογή των διατάξεων της παραγραφής στις αποσβεστικές προθεσμίες, ιδίως επί τη βάσει ειδικότερων ζητημάτων όπως στην περίπτωση των άρθρων 156 – 157 ΑΚ περί ακυρώσιμης δικαιοπραξίας.

This paper attempts to make a comparative overview of the differences and similarities between the prescription and the term of extinction, as well as take an approach on the issues at stake in applying the provisions regarding prescription to the term of extinction, in particular on the basis of more specific issues such as Articles 156 - 157 of the Greek Civil Code on annulment.
