Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά στις εξεταστικές επιτροπές της Βουλής κατ' άρθρον 68 παρ. 2 Σ. Στο πρώτο μέρος της επιχειρείται η θεωρητική επισκόπηση, η ανάλυση της μετεξέλιξης των εξεταστικών επιτροπών της Βουλής υπό τα προηγούμενα και το ισχύον Σύνταγμα, καθώς επίσης και οι ρυθμίσεις του ισχύοντος Κανονισμού της Βουλής. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εξετάζονται οι εξεταστικές επιτροπές στην πράξη και συγκεκριμένα η εξεταστική επιτροπή για το άνοιγμα του "Φακέλου της Κύπρου", καθώς και η πρόσφατη εξεταστική επιτροπή για την άρση του απορρήτου των επικοινωνιών του Ν. Ανδρουλάκη. (EL)
This paper focuses on the investigative committees of the Greek Parliament, which are formed according to the article 68, par. 2 S. The first part it is an attempt of a theoretical overview of the topic in question. Moreover, it comprises an analysis of the evolution of the investigative committees of the Parliament, under the previous, but also the current Constitution, as well as the specific parts of the current Regulation of the Greek Parliament. Finally, the second part examines the commissions of inquiry, in practice, using as case studies the Investigative Committee about the opening of the "Cyprus File" and the Committee about the de-privacy of the personal communications of Nikos Androulakis’.
