Η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στους έφηβους και πιο συγκεκριμένα στις έφηβες γυναίκες. Το διάστημα μεταξύ κοριτσιού και γυναίκας είναι αυτό που καθορίζει την ενηλικίωση τους. Η ωριμότητα, η σημασία που δίνεται στις επιλογές και τις αποφάσεις τους έρχεται λίγο μετά από αυτή την μεταβατική περίοδο. Οι γυναίκες βρίσκονται σε μια από τις πιο ξεχωριστές και καθοριστικές ηλικιακές περιόδους της ζωής τους καθώς σε αυτήν την ηλικία είναι που τίθενται οι βάσεις και δημιουργούνται οι προδιαθέσεις, που συμβάλλουν στη μετέπειτα συγκρότηση των πολιτικών και κοινωνικών τους θέσεων.Η εφηβική ηλικία χαρακτηρίζεται από διάφορα γνωρίσματα και ιδιαιτερότητες, που την καθιστούν ξεχωριστή, ενώ αποτελεί μια περίοδο- «πρόκληση» για άτομα που την διανύουν. Οι ηλικίες περιορίζονται από τα 14 έως τα 17 έτη, διότι από την ηλικία των 17 οι έφηβοι/ες τελειώνουν το σχολείο και οι συμπεριφορές αλλάζουν καθώς δεν υπάρχει ο δεσμευτικός παράγοντας της οικογένειας και του σχολείου. Από αυτόν τον πληθυσμό έρευνας πάρθηκε ένα δείγμα (100 υποκειμένων), με τα οποία διενεργήθηκαν τα ερωτηματολόγια, βάσει των οποίων θα εξαχθούν συμπεράσματα. Ακόμα θα παραδοθεί αυτούσιο ένα ενδεικτικό μέρος των απαντήσεων των παιδιών, και θα γίνει μια ανάλυση του περιεχομένου τους. Το ερωτηματολόγιο λειτουργεί ως ένα επιχείρημα για την αναγκαιότητα που υπάρχει σε αυτή την ηλικία να συζητηθούν αυτά τα θέματα και να γίνουν αντικείμενο έρευνας μέσα από τη θεατρική διαδικασία.Η μελέτη του θέματος αυτού θα οδηγήσει στην διαμόρφωση ενός πρότυπου εγχειριδίου -ενός project- με στόχο την παράσταση με τις ίδιες τις έφηβες αλλά και τους εφήβους οι οποίοι θα εμπλακούν μελλοντικά. Σκοπός της έρευνας αυτής είναι το άνοιγμα μιας συζήτησης για το φαινομένου του σεξισμού πρώτα με τις γυναίκες και έπειτα και με όλο τον κόσμο, προτείνοντας να γίνει ο διάλογος το όπλο μας και όχι η σιωπή. Στόχος μέσα από την έρευνα αυτή είναι να διαμορφωθεί ένα ολοκληρωμένο θεωρητικό πλαίσιο το οποίο να μπορέσει να χρησιμοποιηθεί από οποιαδήποτε ομάδα θέλει να το εφαρμόσει σε γυναίκες, ομάδες εφήβων αλλά και σχολεία.

The work focuses on adolescents and more specifically on adolescent females. The interval between girlhood and womanhood is what defines their adulthood. Maturity, the importance given to their choices and decisions comes shortly after this transitional period.
Women are in one of the most distinct and defining age periods of their lives as it is at this age that the foundations are laid and the predispositions are created, which contribute to the subsequent formation of their political and social positions. This is the process of early socialization, a process decisive for the formation of future adults. Adolescence is characterized by various features and peculiarities, which make it special, while it is a "challenging" period for people who go through it.
The ages are limited from 14 to 17 years because from the age of 17 teenagers finish school and attitudes change as there is no binding factor of family and school. From this research population a sample (60 subjects) was taken, with which the questionnaires were administered, on the basis of which conclusions will be drawn.
Theoretical texts, historical retrospectives, documents, essays, as well as manuals of plays for children and adolescents with an emphasis on the female adolescent and gender issues will be examined.
The study of this topic will lead to the formation of a model manual - a project - aimed at the performance with the teenage girls themselves and also the teenagers who will be involved in the future. The purpose of this research is to open a discussion about the phenomenon of sexism first with women and then with the whole world, suggesting that dialogue becomes our weapon and not silence.
