Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται μία προσπάθεια να αναλυθούν τα σπουδαιότερα νομικά ζητήματα που ανακύπτουν με την άσκηση της ανακοπής κατά του πίνακα κατάταξης του άρθρου 979 παρ. 2 ΚΠολΔ. Κατά το πρώτο στάδιο θα γίνει μία σύντομη αναφορά στη νομική φύση του πίνακα κατάταξης με τις πρόσφατες νομοθετικές αλλαγές και εν συνεχεία θα παρουσιαστεί διεξοδικά η ανακοπή κατά του πίνακα αυτού. Σε δεύτερο στάδιο, γίνεται μία προσπάθεια να απαντηθεί ποιους καταλαμβάνει το δεδικασμένο της αποφάσεως που εκδίδεται επί της ανακοπής αυτής και αν, τελικώς, η άσκηση της ανακοπής έχει υποκειμενική ενέργεια δρώντας μόνο για τον επιμελή διάδικο που άσκησε την ανακοπή ή αντικειμενική, υπό την έννοια ότι η απόφαση ισχύει erga omnes και ωφελεί και τους αδρανήσαντες αναγγελθέντες δανειστές. In this paper an attempt is made to analyze the most important legal issues arising from the filing of the opposition against the ranking list of Article 979 para. 2 of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure. During the first stage, a brief reference will be made to the legal nature of the league table with the recent legislative changes and then the opposition against this list will be presented in detail. At a second stage, an attempt is made to ascertain who is subject to the res judicata of the decision given on that opposition and whether, ultimately, the filing of the opposition has a subjective effect acting only for the diligent party who lodged the opposition or objective, in the sense that the judgment is erga omnes valid and also benefits the creditors who have not acted upon it.
