Στην παρούσα εργασία θα μελετηθεί το πρόβλημα του σχεδιασμού μίας αρχιτεκτονικής εποπτικού ελέγχου για τον συντονισμό ενός βιομηχανικού συστήματος μεταφοράς προϊόντων. Το σύστημα αποτελείται από ένα σύνολο ιμάντων μεταφοράς και ενός ρομποτικού βραχίονα. Θα παρουσιαστούν τα μοντέλα των ιμάντων μεταφοράς και του ρομποτικού βραχίονα με χρήση πεπερασμένων ντετερμινιστικών αυτόματων. Θα σχεδιαστεί μία αποκεντρωμένη αρχιτεκτονική εποπτικού ελέγχου για τον συντονισμό και την ασφαλή λειτουργία του συστήματος. Για το σχεδιασμό της αποκεντρωμένης αρχιτεκτονικής θα υπολογιστούν 12 κανονικές γλώσσες και με βάση τις γλώσσες αυτές θα σχεδιαστούν 12 επόπτες στη μορφή αυτόματων. (EL)
The problem of designing a supervisor control architecture for the coordination of an industrial product transfer system will be studied. The system consists of a set of conveyor belts and a robotic manipulator. The models of the conveyor belts and the robotic arm using finite deterministic automata will be presented. A decentralized supervisory control architecture will be designed for the coordination and secure operation of the system. For the design of the decentralized architecture, 12 regular languages will be calculated and based on these languages, 12 supervisors will be designed in the form of automata. (EN)
